CONDITIONS DU SERVICE TRAITEUR

We require a deposit of 30% when booking the date and 70% one week before the event.

All means of payment accepted.

Prices include Paris and Ile de France.

REMBOURSEMENT EN CAS D’ANNULATION DU SERVICE TRAITEUR

100% – The same week as the reservation.

50% – Between booking and 2 weeks before the event

5% – 2 weeks before the event

*Lettre d’engagement du prestation de service et paiement DISPONIBLE

*Civil liability insurance: MACIF 20000030098

Payment: In the event of late partial payment or non-payment in full of an invoice by the payment date defined in this document, a late payment penalty will apply. This penalty is equal to one and a half (1.5) times the legal interest rate calculated on the amount due, excluding tax. The penalty applies from the first day of delay.

RETURN POLICY

No returns accepted due to refrigerated shipping. If you purchase an expired product, please report it on the day of receipt and provide photographic evidence on the same day.

The full refund, limited to the product mentioned, will be made by bank transfer. The customer must provide bank details.

DELIVERY

Deliveries are handled by our partner Chronofresh. Once orders have been delivered, we cannot change delivery times or contact the driver. The customer accepts the terms of delivery. Please consult Chronofresh’s terms and conditions in the link that will be sent to you by e-mail once your order is in their hands.
